• Support the planning and coordination of OOH (Out-of-Home) activation projects in Germany, particularly in cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, or Munich, under the supervision of senior team members.
• Assist in daily communication with vendors and local clients to ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Support cross-border communication between the German office and Cheil HQ in South Korea, including translation and clarification of internal guidelines, documentation standards, and funding-related administrative procedures.
• Conduct research on advanced OOH media formats and market developments in Germany, and prepare structured summaries for internal review and strategic discussions.
• Perform basic market research on OOH media options, locations, and market trends in targeted cities, and compile findings into internal reports.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and proposals for global launches and marketing events for Samsung.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project status updates and assist in compiling revenue tracking reports.
• Support on-site visits after OOH campaign launches to document installations and collect visual evidence for reporting purposes.
• Assist in administrative and billing processes between vendors, local clients, and Cheil HQ, including invoice verification and documentation handling.
• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure proper filing of financial and contractual records.

• Bachelor's degree in Media Communication or relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and exceptional communication abilities.
• Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Meticulous and precise in handling numerical data.
• Proven ability to think innovatively and creatively problem-solve.
